The Company pioneered the establishment of the oldest training institution in Egypt and the Middle East aiming to serve the entire Petroleum Sector . It also expanded its activities to conduct training courses for selected staff in other Arab petroleum companies .

Through Company training agreements with the Arab Academy for Shipment , the Sadat Academy for Management Sciences and the Future Organization , many training courses are being conducted in the most advanced scientific methods to achieve the prospective outcome .

In order to assimilate out of Cairo trainers, Manar Misr Petroleum is equipped to accommodate 50 trainers on a full board basis
