The
network covers all areas of the Republic. There are 810 gas stations,
which comprise around 38% of the total number of all companies
functioning in the Egyptian Market.
The
Company owns and runs 27 gas stations of high historical value, which
are situated in the most commercial areas in both Cairo and Alexandria.
These
stations are considered a perfect example of the excellent customer
service we provide, in addition to the fact that they are an important
center for training salesmen, who are dispersed throughout all the
Company’s marketing channels in different areas.
The
Company makes the utmost effort to develop these stations in a method
adhering to the servicing and technical requirements of the age, and
which in its turn reflects the increase of customer satisfaction and
attachment to the Company. This development is implemented in several
different areas:

Supplying the stations with the latest state-of-the-art equipment.

Modifying the general image of some of the stations with the
geographical location housing them, especially in important tourism
areas such as (The stations of: Al Azhar, Sharm El Sheikh in Sinai and
in Hurghada)

Raising the performance standard and
the standard of customer service.
